Famroost is a private, invitation-only chat platform for extended families — Slack-style groups, direct messages, and shared photos, hosted on a server we run ourselves rather than handed to a social network.

We're in very limited early testing with a handful of families. There's no public sign-up: every new account starts with an invitation from someone who's already in. If you were sent an invitation, follow the link in the email to get started.
